A multi-purpose public service that appeals to a variety of ages.

The site, which is located near a residential neighborhood and close to public and employment buildings, stood neglected for many years.

The design responded to the needs of the residential neighborhood – including play areas and shaded seating areas, as well as the employment area – as a place where employees could take lunch breaks.

The design is based on flexibility and allows for the use of peak events that receive large crowds (such as a food market, gatherings of the nearby school, etc.), but is also pleasant and inviting for daily activities.
